I was a Co-founder and Design Director at Ona, an award-winning social tech company. I built the design function from scratch and led UX for two platforms: an enterprise data collection platform that has collected 230M submissions in 54 countries, and an EMR system with 80 deployments and 235K patients enrolled. With Google, we rebuilt the EMR to be one of the first FHIR-native health applications in the world. Before Ona I was at Frog, Pentagram, And Partners, and a failed startup.
